2008 = year of parties...

2nd wk of 2008- fulfilling yet bz!

bz bz wk!
with cleanin up my hse...
with e energy+time consuming bday present.
tried to make my hse more decent lookin for e steamboat on wed nite.
tiring...
to prepare for food & clean up e hse.
ages since i c my hse so tidy.
yet, there r still more room for improvement. :P
had lunch w soonhui & xj @ manhattan's on mon.
a short catchin up session
& listenin to em gg on abt their army stuffs.
had a nice time eatin w them.

yep. first time so many ppl came my hse for dinner.
n e company was kinda weird act.
frens + relatives + colleagues?
nd to make sure none was left out.
efforts needed to make tt happen :)
i'm glad e dinner went fine.
w lots laughters n crappin..
fr discussions on tv shows to teasings abt who n who.
it was a great nite...
filled with food n drinks n more food!

first 21st bday celeb of e yr over.
2 more to go in feb.
back to back summore.

it was a mass gatherin on sat nite.
lots faces...lots smiles...

~reflections~

likes to read bloggers' entries on e last day & 1st day of every year.
they alw reflect wat they've gone tru & wat they hope to achieve.
every year... lots of tings will happen.
be it gd all bad...
u either choose to face em or avoid them.

2007
it has been a fast-paced year.
so fast so tt i've lost track of my own life.
lots tings happened.
lots lessons learnt.

well, i guess i've grown up quite a bit in 2007.
yep.
no longer holding on to sum issues as tightly as before.
no longer being so persistent in how tings shld work out.
getting over sum issues tt have been draggin me down.

我学会珍惜我身边的人
认清楚了关心我的人
更懂得应该珍惜自己

everyone will gain & lose.
so did i.
in tis year... i've gained more experience in life...
e politics...e so called friendships...e empty promises

realised tt nuttin in tis world is definite.
yep. tt's sth tt all of us shld hav alr noe since duno when.
but i guess, some parts of me dn wish to believe in tt.
tried to convince myself, to prove tt it's nt true.

我彻底的失败
彻底明白
原来坚持到底不一定会改变事实

i guess one major event tt happened tis yr is my ah ma's hospitalisation.
it dawned upon me tt i've been takin ppl ard me for granted
esp my family members.
i could stil rem how scared i was to lose her.
luckily she recuperates & is doin fine now.

so i guess, i muz n will make more time to visit her.
to tok to her in my CMI hokkien
to be there for her...
hopefully we can enter her world n share e pains.
i dn wish to have more regrets.

朋友,亲人,情人,还是同事?
自己做决定

2008 is finally here...
sure hope tt it wld b a fulfilling one n a much better one.
better if my wishes can b fulfilled
less accidents & bloodshed...
