...words should be the most powerful tool in this world...
words allow communication
words enable understanding
words of concern pull people closer
words of cautions bring people back to the right path
words of advice helps people to make wise decisions.
but what about the other way round???
depending on the way you used them...
they can lead to miscommunication, misunderstandings and conflicts.
and even breakdown of relationships and distrust amongst people.
especially in non-verbal communications.
alot of words yet toneless context might lead to more question marks.
in e environment we are living in, with all the la,leh,lo,ma,meh.
how do you differentiate words of advice from words of sacarsm?
words of concern from words of distrust?
words of simple meaning from words of frustration?
at times i'm confused too.
